House Rules
BASEMENT ACCESS- NOT ALLOWED - Please note that guests are NOT allowed to access the basement as that is rented out to tenants. Please do NOT knock or open the basement door for any reason. - There are 4 bedrooms located upstairs and 1 bedroom is occupied by the hosts and 3 are for guests. If you need to get access to hosts, please send them a message via Airbnb or call them on the phone. In case of delay in response, please knock the doors of right bedrooms near the chest near the stairs. PARKING - Guests are NOT allowed to park on the driveway, specifically on the right side of driveway. However, free parking is available on the right side of the street- opposite to the house. - Note that the street where the property is located is a small street, so parking spots are very limited; Should all the spots on our street are full, guests are advised to look for parking in the adjacent street (Darfield) as that is a bigger street and hence usually more parking spots are available. ADJUSTING THE ROOM TEMPERATURE - The house is centrally heated/cooled. Should you need to adjust the temperature in the room, it can be adjusted through the thermostat located on the main floor wall right in front of the beginning of stairs.
