*20 Dec - 6 Jan Festive Season Rates Apply* Our concept is simple yet stylish – we treat our guests how we only wish we were treated when we stay at a quality establishment. We want our guests to feel that they are receiving everything they would from a leading hotel but with a personal rather than impersonal touch. The rooms and there are only three, are maintained with care and love. Our homestay is a homestay in the true sense of the word. Our guests stay in our house which is our home, not in a separate building. We do our utmost for our guests to not only enjoy the experience of staying with a local family but relax and make the most of their stay with us. Bearing this in mind we request ALL guests to share a brief introduction about themselves to ensure a good mutual fit. The ensuite bedrooms offer everything afforded to the best properties; deep mattresses, toppers and fresh linen. The ensuite bathrooms all have plenty of towels, rain showers, amenities, hairdryers and weighing scales. The house has an eclectic mix of literature on offer – something for every taste. There is a games cupboard with a selection of puzzles and board games. We offer guests a fulfilling breakfast consisting of; juice, organic tea & coffee, seasonal fresh fruits, homemade curd, home-baked bread, homemade preserves, eggs cooked to order. We have an ever-expanding book of places to go and places to see that we are continually building on – basically, a pick of the best of Goa, for guests to flick through for inspiration and add to if they discover something worth revisiting whilst here in Goa. We are located in a village in North Goa, less than 10 minutes from the nearest beach. There is a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the property. We can arrange private dance, yoga swimming, kiteboarding, sailing, windsurfing lessons and massage at home. Guests may smoke outside in the garden, patio and poolside, not in the house. No food items in the rooms - only in the designated areas - dining room, patio & garden - thank you.

The Lennox Room is home to our romantic queen size four poster antique bed. A lovely cozy room has a little door that opens out onto the garden. The ensuite bathroom is finished in natural stone. A single bed for a younger child, available at a charge.
Fit for royalty our gorgeous Raja room is decorated in hues inspired by the golden sunshine. The spacious room is perfect for a couple with a kingsize bed and a large ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed for 2 older children is available at an extra charge.
