Luxurious Basement Suite

Introducing a stunning 2-bedroom legal basement suite located in the beautiful, family neighbourhood of Ottewell. This suite is fully furnished and comes with top-quality finishes, making it the perfect home for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish living space. I live on the property upstairs. The basement suite is what I’m renting out and it’s completely separate w/ its own entrance too! Payment can be made in advance of booking via E-transfer to hold the dates for your stay. Thank you!
House Rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the suite or on the property. There will be a fine of $100 CAD should there be any signs or evidence of smoke. 2) No parties. 3) Please do not flush tampons, condoms or baby wipes. 4) Extra guests or visitors are not allowed without the host’s approval. 5) No glitter or confetti. 6) Please keep food and drinks out of the bedroom and office. 7) Please turn off all lights while you’re away from Suite and before you Check Out. 8) Guests must return the suite in the same condition as it was rented (minus normal cleaning).
