Overview

My partner Patrick and I have a beautiful Edwardian house in Seaford, a 12 minute walk from the seafront. We have renovated and decorated it so it's comfy, but looks like a true period 1910 home. We're used to welcoming guests to stay with us and particularly enjoy meeting people from all over the world who come as solo travellers to Sussex. Usually they want to walk along or see the famous Seven Sisters white cliffs, or enjoy the seaside and Downs. I work in the theatre and am not always at home, but we'll make it clear if it is just Patrick hosting prior to bookings.

House Rules

Guests are welcome to make tea and coffee at any time (we will provide these) and also our microwave and toaster. If they have special dietary requirements we will try to offer more cooking facilities. Laundry can be done, by arrangement, for £3.50 a load but NB no dryer, just a washing line or drying rack in the room. Guests are very welcome to sit in the garden and use all parts of the house except the home office. Our wifi is good and free to use. We are very happy to offer advice on what to see and do locally and where to eat.
