Overview
Independent bedroom with closet, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, kitchen. We live with 3 small dogs in a apartment with 3 bathrooms, a big balcony were you can enjoy a beautiful view. The apartment it´s located in a private urbanization that´s near Quito and Cumbaya (15 minutes ) In the apartment lives a mom (55) a daughter (28) and a son (33). We speak english and spanish :)
House Rules
We are a non smoker family, we don´t usually make loud parties because of the rules of the urbanization, we are encharged that everything is clean, but also that the persona that lives with us can colaborate in their own room and in dishes and things that it´s being used by that person.
