Lovely quiet thermally heated home
Overview
Hi we are a friendly easy going couple in our late 50's. My husband is home during the day and I work part time. Offering our spare room with Queen size bed. We share our thermally heated home with our Spoodle Dog so you will need to like dogs. Shared bathroom with walk in shower. Spa pool and bar b que is available to use. You will need to be a non smoker, no drugs. Full use of kitchen and laundry . We have storage for bikes and off road parking. Unlimited wifi is included
House Rules
Respect our home. No smoking. No drugs. No pets. We don't mind you having a social drink but will not tolerate drunkeness, Permission is required for any visitors. Please clean up after yourself in kitchen and bathroom. As bathroom is shared please be considerate. Husband has support workers coming morning and lunchtime please respect them. We have a dog that sleeps inside so you need to be ok with dogs.

This is a very sunny bedroom. It has a thermal heater. Queen size bed with 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Part use of rooms double wardrobe.
