Overview
We live in a large, comfortable, modern home with fantastic views in a quiet area. The house is surrounded by large decks and has a spa pool. There are 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. We have 1 spare bedroom available and a dedicated bathroom and toilet is included across the hall. We are in walking distance of a bus stop and within 15 mins drive of the city, beaches and the Polytechnic. We like cooking and enjoy socialising so look forward to meeting you.

Considerate noise levels and respectful attitude. Payment made in advance at time of booking please. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before arrival are non refundable as per Homestay.com policy. Longer than 7 day cancellation is fully refundable.

This is a good sized double room with double bed, wardrobe and lovely outlook. The bathroom and toilet is just across the hall. There is no T.V. but a separate lounge and TV is available for use.
