Close to major Highways Florida Turnpike, Baptist, Kendall and Larkin Hospitals, FIU, Miami Dade College, Dadeland Mall. Getting around: There is a bus that stops at the corner. Round trip to the beach is only $7 on public transportation. We are in the corner of SW 117th Ave & Sunset Dr. (72nd St.) Nearby: Palms at Town & Country 5 min. Dadeland Mall 15 min. Miami Dade College 10 min. Brickell 30 min. Wynwood 35 min. Miami Beach 40 min. Isla Morada 1.5 hours. The Everglades 2.5 hours Key West 3 hours. Other things to note NOTE: The check-in and check-out times may be FLEXIBLE. If you plan to come or leave before or after posted times, please check with us -most likely we can accommodate your needs.
House Rules
Kitchen: After using the utensils, they need to be washed. If you don't know how to use the appliances ask the Host. The microwave, stove and contertop must be cleaned with sponge or paper towel. Plates must be washed. Garbage: Use the recycle or the organic trash can. Washer: Use it once a week during regular hours. No friends invitations to the room allowed. No pets allowed.
