Overview
I live by my self on this brand new apartment after full renovation on 2021. The apartment is super well located, spacious, quiet and very sunny as well. Main 2 rooms have balcony, as well as the living room and kitchen. There is a third room too, currently just for guests.
House Rules
Respect the house members and the neighboourhood as well. Leave everything as you found. If you want to smoke you may do it just on the balcony.
