i have a 3 bedroom house in the centre of the town in a small private estate. I have 2 spare bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other has a double bed. Main bathroom is next to both rooms.

Smoke free house but have a covered decking off the kitchen where people can smoke if needed. If people are cooking, kitchen must be left clean.
