Looking for long term renter
Overview
I'm a Filipino, 49 years old and a caregiver by profession. I welcome renter who’s going to start their new life in Toronto. We are 3 people living in a 3 bedroom apartment (international student renter on the other room). I'm giving the access to use the full kitchen (with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers and things that you need for cooking), sharing of living/dining area and washroom. Everyone gets their own space in the fridge, a kitchen cabinet and a space in the bathroom to store their stuff. Im giving also pillows and bedsheet as your initial use. Please note that I will require to pay one month deposit to hold the room and one month advance upon your arrival in Toronto (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). I will accept Western Union or direct deposit payment.
House Rules
Clean as you go. No sleepover. No visitor. Privacy and respect is important.
