Beautiful large sunny home 5 minutes to Central City, Hagley Park, Mona Vale, Museum, Riccarton House, Hospitals, Gardens, University, Westfields Shopping Centre, Bars, Cafes, Coffee, Entertainment, Sports, Shops, Groceries, Movies, Nightclubs, Banks... Rob knows New Zealand from top to bottom as he has in been in the tourist industry for over 20 years and can help you with any other travel plans or sightseeing you wish to do... Denyse works from home so is usually around if you require anything Must love dogs as we have 2 friendly large dogs that live indoors and outdoors in the summer. Use of all utilities including unlimited Wifi You are welcome to use our utilities including the kitchen, outdoor seating area, TV with NetFlix, laundry. We no longer offer meals, but you are welcome to buy your own food and cook it yourself in our kitchen. Must love dogs as we have a 2 friendly large dogs named Amica and Bo! There is other home-stay room occupied by a considerate 20yr+ male and everyone has their own key and just comes and goes at their own leisure... You may smoke outside only
House Rules
Please provide your own food...you have the use of the kitchen...you have your own fridge and allocated space in the pantry...you have full use of all the kitchen amenities...as well as all the other amenities in the house... We also ask that you keep the upstairs area and bathroom clean and tidy and provide your own toilet paper and toiletries and washing powder for using in our washing machine. We just ask that you respect others privacy and that you treat our home with care and respect as you would your own thank you! We prefer longer stay guests with a minimum stay of 7 days thank you.

This room is a very large double bedroom with lots of natural sunlight..it is the largest bedroom in the house...suitable for 1 or 2 people preferably long term...
This small single room is located right next to the bathroom that is shared with 2 other guests. It is upstairs with easy access. We prefer longer term guest and no less than 7 days thank you.
