• Use the room exclusively for personal accommodation. • Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of your room. • Keep common areas (kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, hallways) in the same condition as you found them. • Have the right to use the washing machine, respecting the hours and rules established by the Landlord. • Do not smoke inside the room or any interior space of the home. • Do not keep pets inside the home. • Do not engage in activities that disrupt other tenants or neighbors, especially at night (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). • Do not permanently accommodate third parties without the Landlord's authorization. • Do not modify or install any installations in the room without the Landlord's prior authorization. • Do not store objects outside the room. • Make proper use of the kitchen and appliances, cleaning immediately after use and avoiding leaving dirty dishes or utensils for long periods of time. • Respect rest periods and avoid unnecessary noise. • Do not receive packages or mail in the Landlord's name without permission. • Inform the Landlord of any breakdowns or damage to the home or appliances. • Do not use electric stoves or additional heating devices without authorization. • Use utilities responsibly, avoiding unnecessary consumption of water, electricity, or gas. • Do not store bulky items or barbecues on the patio.
