Overview
Homestay in Lima - Your home away from home Welcome to Peru. We are a Peruvian family (a retired couple with a college-aged son) with over 15 years of experience hosting exchange students, scholarship students, and international tourists. We love sharing our culture, discussing cultural topics, and teaching about the traditions, customs, cuisine, and richness of Peru. For us, each homestay is a unique experience. We have shared unforgettable moments with people from different countries and, to this day, we maintain contact with many of them as part of our large international family. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, safe, and part of our family. Our home is located in one of the best areas of Lima (Miraflores/San Isidro), just steps from parks, the seafront promenade, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a clinic, supermarkets, banks, and everything you could need. We have 24-hour security and surveillance.The house has 6 rooms, 2 of which are spacious and comfortable double rooms, and 1 single room is available for rent to foreigners. The outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing and/or sunbathing in the summer. The bathroom is shared and always clean. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. House Rules
Respect family members. Maintain a clean and harmonious environment. Smoking and/or alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the accommodations. (Cigarettes are permitted with prior authorization and in an open area of the house, as long as they do not harm other students). Illegal or violent acts are not permitted. Parties are not allowed. A key to the house will be provided. Limited kitchen use. Visits from friends are only permitted with the host's permission. Overnight visitors are not allowed. The use, consumption, or possession of drugs or illegal substances inside the accommodations is strictly prohibited. Carrying weapons, assaulting, harassing, or damaging property is prohibited. Each student and/or tourist is responsible for their actions and must comply with Peruvian law.
