"Welcome to your home away from home" . Live with a friendly couple who love to cook and share their experiences about travel and life, or maybe even catch a movie at our big home cinema if time allows. Location: it is in the central part of Berlin but in a quiet part. close to cafes, bars, supermarkets. Excellent public transport connections (3 different S-Bahn stations, bus, tram) Nature Nearby: 8 min to the River with boats and a park . . ###########Master bedroom and shared cinema room/living room it is our main master bedroom that includes a large double bed and a large desk and a big mirror. Please note that if all rooms are rented and you book the master bedroom, access to it will be through the Cinema Room/living room — which is also where we sleep . ###########big room: it is about 22 square meters with a good view to the alley. It is also fully furnished with a sofa bed (120 *200) with a desk and wardrobe and library that is really easy to work from home. Also a balcony and kitchen and bathroom are available. . ########### Light room: it is cozy but full-furnished. A comfortable double bed, closet, and a large mirror await you. Also a balcony and kitchen and bathroom are available. . . **** THE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED WITH 7 EURO FOR PER PERSON PER DAY.

Hello Wonderful Guests, Welcome to our home! Here are a few guidelines to help everyone enjoy their time: 1. Germany has quiet hours (from 11 PM to 7 AM). So please do not make any noise at this time.please respect this time too.we kindly ask you that parties are not hosted and don't invite any guests here.and no going outside during this time. 2. For everyone’s well-being, we have a strict no-drugs policy here. If you want to smoke we kindly ask you to do outside. 3. Keep the home Clean: If you could help us keep the place clean and tidy, we’d really appreciate it. Please clean the bathroom, Owen and kitchen after using. Wash your dishes and recycle your garbage. AND PLEASE DO NOT COME TO HOME WITH YOUR SHOES. AND LIFT UP YOUR LUGGAGE INSTEAD OF DRAGGING THEM. 4. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 75 percent of the booking total to us in advance of the booking ( in the first 24hours after booking )to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)It's because of people don't show up after booking the room and even do not cancel it. If you don’t pay the booking will be cancelled. Please send the deposit to my Revelout bank. It must be instant transfer. The rest of money must be paid right in the arrival , in cash, before staying. 5. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 45days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” 6. The time of check in must be checked with us before arriving but it would not be before 13:00pm And check out time is 10:00am Thank you so much for understanding and respecting our space. # The Master bedroom: includes a super king size bed with 2 mattress, a large desk with a big mirror. its door is located in the living room that is shared with all people around the clock. If all the rooms are rented we sleep in the living room.
