Live a simple laid back life!
Overview
We are a simple Nepali family living a simple life in a village surrounded by greens and a river flowing nearby. The best part about the homestay is its location. It is surrounded by Kurseong and Mirik hills on one side and the other with the plains of Siliguri and Bagdogra. Traveling to Mirik and Kurseong is just a 30-minutes drive. You can visit the two hills, one at a time and enjoy the cool the entire day and return to the warm tea garden air in the evening. This is what makes Garidhura special. It has everything beautiful nature can provide nearby. Not to forget, the famoud picnic spot "Damfeytar" is just a few kilometers from here. You can swim and enjoy picnic by the riverside all day long with your family and friends and make memories. The view of the fresh water river is refreshing. Nonetheless, the local lives and mixed culture of the hills and the plains is something to observe here. The enitire first floor is free to use for the guests, the terrace even. The ground floor is where the family resides with 5 members. Mother, Father, Daughter, 2 grandsons and 2 dogs, who are a part of the family :)
