Like to to the beach and cinema
Overview
My son and his friend, Craig, live in the house, and we are looking for suitable adult students to share our home. Our home is conveniently located about five minutes from the Settlement Road bus station and close to The Gap Village shopping centre, which includes Coles, Aldi, McDonald’s, a fruit shop, and other essential stores. We have three rooms available for rent. Two of the rooms have single beds, and the master bedroom contains two single beds.
House Rules
I kindly ask that you please smoke outside, help with the dishes, take turns taking out the rubbish, and do your part to keep the house clean .
