Overview
Hello, located in South Carlsbad. Thought I would try this out. have large lot and nice 39' fifth wheel also on side of home. If you stay have home yourself and i stay in RV or you can have Master. 1/3 acre walking distance to La Costa Resort and Spa and Aviara Golf Resort. Very convenient location. If you can prove birth is Wisconsin or Packer Fan will consider discount since I played their 9 years and I have an affinity to cheeeseheads. If your uptight, please don't consider. Hope this works out for both. safe travels

Rules, I not a rules guy. Just old school common courtesy. If you stay my home you have full access i do have large backyard. My 2nd bath and other rooms getting work done. the Master bedroom furniture beautiful and full TV. It a nice neighbor hood. if you do have kids family and/or friends I do have large RV on side home sleeps 6 I most likely stay their when guest stay I can shower cook out there. you can good me. KUSI Rich Moran and/or the Packers. I can cook Bfast Love to but I eat pretty clean and you may not like my food but plenty great stores from vons to Sprouts. you can smoke out back. I live here alone.
