House Rules
Be Quiet and clean. No party, no guests. Since we live here as a family and my daughter is only 5 years old, we are looking for a female roommate who can integrate into our structure and is independent. Especially in the evening when my daughter goes to bed, it is important that you move around the house calmly. At 8:00 p.m. the quiet time begins. After that, everyone can stay quietly in their room. The kitchen can be used from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Washing clothes and showering is possible until 7 p.m. because the large bathroom with shower and washing machine is right next to my daughter's room. Between 7 and 8 p.m. I get my daughter ready for bed in the large bathroom. Downstairs there is a small bathroom with a toilet and sink, which of course can also be used after 7 p.m. and it is your bathroom where you can also make yourself ready in the morning. The house cleaning is changed every week. One week I clean, take out the organic waste and empty the dishwasher and the next week it's your turn. You only have to clean the rooms that you use, i.e. both bathrooms, the hallway including stairs, the kitchen and of course your room. I'll show you together what exactly I expect when cleaning. You can clean on Saturday or Sunday. In addition to the standard cleaning program, there are always tasks that are out of order. These are tasks that don't come up every week and that I also share with my roommate, such as cleaning windows, removing weeds, etc. I expect that in the week when it's your turn to clean, you'll ask if there are any special tasks that week. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. are always there and I take care of them. For this I ask you to transfer me 10 euros per month with the rent. These are not included in the rental price. You are welcome to use everything in my kitchen. There are few things I don't like to share like skillet, blender and Tupperware. It is important to me that the roommate is fond of children and has a feeling for when I like company and when I need some rest. I am a single parent and my everyday life is very stressful, especially in the mornings when my daughter has to go to daycare and I have to go to work it can be hectic. So it's good if the roommate has a good sense for such situations and then just lets us do. Your room is upstairs, my daughter and I usually stay downstairs in the kitchen or living room. That means there is a lot of privacy for each of us. In the middle (1st floor) is the large bathroom, as well as my bedroom and the children's room.
