Lovely 4 bedroomed town house 2 miles from city centre with excellent bus service.I have hosted students from all over the world for 16 years.I have advanced DBS checks and Gas safety certificate
House Rules
Keep room clean, guests only on request, smoking outside only. Use of the kitchen you must keep it clean at all times, supply your own ingredients. Keep it safe do not leave items on. You will have a shelf in fridge and cupboard Washing can be done at extra cost. Wireless Internet included. No showers late at night.no late night noise. Clean shower after use If you wish to smoke you must smoke outside. You can use dining table to eat or your room. Lounge use is limited.
