Large room in St Hubert
Overview
Hello: I am renting the master bedroom inside a Luxurious brand new home located in the St Hubert area. You'll have access to a large living room, dining room, kitchen and a fully equipped modern bathroom. Also, for you relaxation you will have access to a large garden. :) I'm a nurse and I work 9-5pm. My sister works from home and you will see her at home. We are Peruvians, so you will see a display of my culture. I hope that won't bother you ;). * Smoking NOT allowed indoors, please smoke outside. * FYI: I own a cat, she is super friendly and playful and a pocket size Chihuahua.:) IMPORTANT: To book a room: - 100% payment is required at entry. - CLEANING fees: $40.00 (Add-on to the payment at entry of the apartment. This will include a 1 TIME usage of laundry machine, detergent, etc.) Subsequent washes $5.00 fee. - 3 NIGHTS minimum stay. (The room is to be paid whether you use it or not!) - CHECKING IN: 4 pm (flexible). - CHECKING out: 10 am (flexible). CANCELLATION FEE: - FULL refund 7 days prior arrival, except fees. - 48h cancellation: 50% fee of the total reservation price.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES: - No drugs consummation nor possession (includes marihuana). - NO strict hours to enter or leave the house, just keep noise level low. - Feel free to use all Electro-domestic & entertainment articles. - Clean up after yourself when use kitchen, bathroom, etc. - THE KITCHEN: > The Nespresso machine is OFF limits. Please use the coffee machine in your room. DAMAGED and BROKEN ITEMS: - All articles must be replaced before leaving at store cost. *If you play with my cat & brake something, you will replace what it's broken!!* (Please be a grown responsible person). Extra GUEST: - it's recommended not to bring any but if you must, $40 per night. ( Bed tipe: double size) * As your host, it's not my job to entertain you, but to guide you where to go. Please keep the flirting/seduction to the city girls! Thanks!! RÈGLES DE L'APPARTEMENT. - Pas de drogues, ça inclus Marihuana. - Tu peux entrer et sortir a l'heure que tu veux mais faire attention au bruit. - Tu peux utiliser tous les électroménagers avec preacaution et la TV dans ta chambre. - Nettoyer après l'usage de la cuisine, salle de bain, etc. - Tout appareil ou assiette endommage/Caisse doit etre reemplace a neuf. (Prix magazine) - Des invitees si pas de choir $40.00 la nuit. (La chambre est furnie avec un lit de 1 place) - Si des articles sont casse lors que tu jeux avec ma chatte, tu sera responsable de remplacer les objetc cassees au prix du magazin. - La machine a Nespresso est interdit. SVP utilise la cafetière dans ta chambre. MERCI!!

The room has a comfortable mattress, feather pillows, a sofa chair and a Tv with Netflix and High speed internet. You're room will be equipped with coffee machine and a small fridge for your comfort.
