Large private room with ensuite
Overview
We are a married couple who have recently renovated our home and have a beautiful quiet loft room with an en-suite. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a gorgeous view, draws and a clothes rail, a mirror and the bathroom attached. The door at the bottom of the stairs has a lock on it. Parking is free on the street outside our house and there’s plenty of it. You’ll have use of our large kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer.
House Rules
- Nobody else to stay over in the house. - Must have a weeks notice of any planned visitors to the house and it’s at our discretion to allow them or not. - No smoking or vaping. - No pets. - Payment upfront before arrival (option to pay monthly if staying for multiple months, but payment to be at the start of each month) - No refunds available for leaving early - no candles in the room - nothing to be hung or stuck on the walls Payment Method and Security Deposit: *Please note that we require a damage deposit of £300. This must be paid via bank transfer, details of which will be provided after the booking is confirmed through the platform. The deposit should be paid at least 2 days prior to check-in. It will be refunded on the check-out day after inspecting the accommodation, provided no damage has occurred and the keys are returned. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in cases of cancellation prior to check-in or if there is damage or loss of keys.
