Overview
A 4 bedroom family home in Celbridge with 2 small dogs. The room to rent has a single bed that expands to a double with a separate private bathroom. The room includes a bedside table, mirror, triple wardrobe, shelving unit and desk and chair to study. The bathroom has an over-the-bath electric shower, a sink, and a WC. The living-room is not accessible but the kitchen is available to cook and eat meals. The kitchen has all modern cons including an oven, everything you need to cook a meal, dishwasher & washing machine. Quiet time from 11pm, no late night returns or visitors allowed.
House Rules
Mon - Fri only, Sun - Thurs/Fri by request. Kitchen can be used to cook dinner, but we ask guests to clean up after themselves. We get up at 6.00am for work so we ask guests to be quiet from 11pm. No visitors or overnight guests allowed.
