House Rules
- Deposit RM300 will collect upon check in and refundable upon check out. - Lost of access card and key charged MYR200 per set. - Guests are requested to turn off all unnecessary lights and air conditioners, especially when no one is home. Environment Eco-friendly. - No illegal activities are allowed in the property. - No pets allow in the house. - As it is a peaceful neighborhood, guests are advice to be considerate in their noise levels especially during late nights. - Guests are also expected to keep the premises clean and damage free. - Use of kitchen should only be for light cooking and should be cleaned up after usage. - All rubbish are deposited in garbage bins and soiled dishes are cleaned & put away accordingly. - All keys are returned & unit must be locked at all times. - No smoking in the apartment. Balcony is fine.
