6 min proximity to Henderson Railway Station, shops, bakery, hair salon, fish and chips takeaways etc. You're welcome to use my bike to go to the shops. The room comes with its private bathroom, and parking in front of the door or beside the letterbox. Shared kitchen with the owner/guest of the house. The kitchen is equipped with • microwave • electric kettle • toaster • Blender/Mixer • Air fryer • cutlery and crockery • fridge • rice cooker Dining/Living area for eating, reading or chatting with Wifi. I have my 2 kids (girl and boy, aged 9 & 7). I am friendly, caring, fun, and social. My place is quiet, safe & warm. I stay at home most of the time with my kids.

No other people to stay at the property and no party’s, gathering and visitors (exceptional circumstances by request prior to the booking).
