Spacious room to rent available with king size bed, plenty of storage & a standing/sitting desk in a two bed mid terrace house w/ livingroom & kitchen. Would suit female/male who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. House also has a live in dog who is very friendly.
House Rules
The tenant is solely responsible for the upkeep and tidiness of their own room. All residents in the house are jointly responsible for ensuring all shared areas are kept to a reasonable standard of cleanliness and hygiene. After using a shared area, each tenant should leave the area clean and tidy. Cookware and utensils should be cleaned immediately after each use, so that the next person may use them. All recyclable items (excluding glass) must be cleaned free of food and mostly dry before placing in the recycling bin. Items should be compacted before placing into the recycling bin. The Tenant agrees to control and minimise any noise in the house (including pets, TV, radio and such instruments) between 10.00pm and 7am.
