Kindly Coastal Cottage retreat
Overview
This the home of a spunky elderly lady that would like to rent her guest room, in scenic Sebastian Florida near the beach. Within an hour drive from Orlando and Vero Beach in a sleepy coastal community and a short drive from the grocery store, local pubs, other eateries and the beach. The room is furnished, with a bed, dressers, side table, reading chair, closet, cable television, WiFi, and a full bathroom. Common areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and planty patio. The yard is large and overlooks a creek, and driveway parking is welcome. Garage storage is negotiable. Master bdrm is off limits please. There is an elusive cat named Cosmo that keeps to himself.
House Rules
Common areas include: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry, and Patio lounge. Feel free to enjoy the yard overlooking the creek for sunbathing or exercise. (Smoking is outdoor only) Master Bedroom is off limits. Use of office area is okay with a heads up. Includes desk and printer. WiFi pw is resident's ph # (available upon arrival). Garage parking is unavailable, some light storage maybe negotiable.

This a small room with a queen bed near a window. Comes with a night stand, closet, small and large dressers. Flat screen TV with cable service and WiFi. Bathroom is next door over, and it's all yours.
