We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, which is why we provide full amenities such as fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and more. Our homestay is also conveniently located only a 3-minute walk away from a busy complex that can fulfill all your needs, whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment. Parking and WiFi are available, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot to park or staying connected during your stay. Our homestay is perfect for solo travelers or duos who want a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the city. A spare futon is available on request. House Rules
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. No parties or events. Registered guests only. No additional people will be permitted at the property without prior consent. No pets allowed. We have 3 cats & we don't want to start a fight :( Keep all doors closed to prevent bugs, stray cats/dogs from coming in. Please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use. It's also a fire hazard to leave them on! Please wash and dry any cutleries, plates, cups, pot/pans after using. If you damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair. Check-in: 14:00, Check-out: 11am
