Kemper House - Private 3 Rooms
Overview
We are a pet friendly (with exceptions) home that has 3 private rooms upstairs for rent. Fully furnished 1 Standard room with queen bed, dresser, end tables, full closet, A/C, ceiling fan. 1 Office/Lounge area with desk, futon, and tv. 1 In-home gym room which can be used for anything - it just currently keeps the gym equipment. Lots of closet and storage space. W/D on site Shared Bathroom, Kitchen, dining and living rooms. Full basement. 1.5 acres of fenced-in land with large deck. Directly across from County Park. Close to 3 highways, multiple hospitals and universities. 15 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Kings Island. High Speed Wifi internet. Please note: there is a $39.99 Application Fee (non refundable) and a $175 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. (if you stay for less than 7 days the cleaning fee is $50).
House Rules
Guests are welcome. Vaping is preferred to be done outside. No Cigarette smoking on premises. Covid-19 vaccinations required. Pets are welcome with pre-approval. Cats are always ok. Small dogs are always ok. Med to large dogs will need to be reviewed as I have dogs on the property. **Rules surrounding doors and pets are imperative** We have a double door system everywhere to prevent animals from accidental escape. Safety for the animals in the home (yours or mine) is a priority. Small cleaning fee at the end of your stay (price based on length of stay) Garage available to rent for additional cost.
