Your host, Mr. Abin and his family, warmly welcome guests into their peaceful, traditional home located in the heart of Moozhikulam, Ernakulam, Kerala. What to Expect: A private room with traditional decor and modern comforts. Shared spaces like a Living room, Kitchen, Garden, Nutmeg Farm, and Rivershore. Daily meals (If required, both veg and non-veg options). Optional guided tours
House Rules
1. Check-in/Check-out Time Guests are expected to arrive and leave within the agreed time window. Late check-in or check-out should be discussed in advance. 2. Room Etiquette Keep your room clean and tidy. Do not rearrange furniture without permission. Use only your designated areas. 3. Meals Inform the host in advance if required. The kitchen can be used for light cooking. 4. Respect for Privacy Avoid entering private areas (e.g., host's bedroom). Respect quiet hours, usually at night or early morning. 5. Smoking/Alcohol Smoking or drinking alcohol may not be allowed everywhere, depending on the household. Always ask before consuming alcohol or smoking. 6. Communication Notify the host if you’ll be out late or traveling elsewhere for a day or more. Keep hosts informed of changes in your plans. 7. Bathroom Use Use water and toiletries mindfully. Leave the bathroom clean after use. 8. Laundry Ask before using the washing machine. 9. Visitors Generally, outside guests are not allowed unless the host gives permission. Homestays are private residences, not public guesthouses. 10. Payments and Damages Pay all dues on time. Report any accidental damage immediately and offer to compensate if necessary.
