Juan & Violeta´s Home by the sea
Overview
Our house is in a condominium. The main street is quiet and close to many services. The house is in a very central area, close to public transport stations and accessible if you want to see other parts of Lima. We are in a hotel area, so there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and an entertainment block away. We are 10 10-minutes walk from the Malecon de Miraflores, which is an area where you can do outdoor sports, and you can enjoy the view of the sea by walking 6 km. Miraflores has archaeological sites, museums, and cultural places to visit. The house is 300 meters away from "The Huaca Pucllana". The house has 3 floors and in it, 3 adults live and a teenager. I am an economist and administrator; my wife is a teacher. My eldest daughter is a lawyer, and I have a 13-year-old granddaughter. We all have our own occupations. We have a dog, very meek and friendly. It is a Bichon Frize. There is a library in the house providing reading facilities, cable TV, and internet access. It has desks, a large worktable with an office chair, and a coffee station. We have run, for more than 15 years, a company of teaching services and tutoring, which is aimed at Peruvian or foreign students who want to improve their learning to achieve new academic objectives. Since 2018, we have had the opportunity to host Harvard and other university's students who chose Peru to do their internships. They were very gentle and quickly found a lot of confidence and even shared a time to stroll through the Historic Center of Lima, with the family of one of them. This opportunity prepares us to offer accommodation option in two completely renovated rooms, which we would prefer to offer to international students or professionals who come to Peru to study or work temporarily and want to visit the city. Please note: Our accommodation service does not include daily room cleaning or housekeeping. For stays of seven days or more, room cleaning and laundry service are included at no additional cost. Finally, we kindly ask our guests to keep the bathroom door closed after leaving.

The guest will be given a key holder with two keys, one for the outside independent door and the other for the assigned room. We kindly request the guests to be very careful with the facilities.
