Overview
My apartment is a small Penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 restroom. The roof top has a big living room and an outside area with a garden and a swimming pool. The available room has a single bed with built in wardrobe and an armchair. The condo has two buildings and an common area with playground, a big swimming pool, a garden and a sports court. I'm a widow with two daughters living abroad.
House Rules
- You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other family members. Please help keep the bathroom clean so that its clean for the next person. - I will do the washing of clothes, towels and bed linen for everyone. Your clean laundry will be placed back in your bedroom. If you need to iron anything I will show you where the iron and ironing board are stored. If you want to wash any clothes by hand, feel free to use the laundry tub. - If you wish to use the home telephone (local calls only) please ask me first. This is a non-smoking home, smoking is not allowed inside the house. - If you are given a key to the street door it is then your responsibility. Please remember to always lock the door and If you lose the key you will be responsible for the cost of having the lock replaced. - Smoking is not allowed, but the condo has plenty of open space where you can smoke. - If you have any queries, just ask!
