Italian Alps
Overview
Welcome to our summer household in Nomaglio! You will be staying this summer with us in our stone-house, built in 1930s and recently renovated. It is located in the core of the historical village in the countryside, a quiet place away from the city's noise, dirt and pollution. Our homestay would suit someone who is looking for a "retreat" immersed in nature, where to work from home and go for outdoor activities, hiking and gardening. You'll have access to our panoramic garden and fruit orchard with chestnut, apple and kiwi fruit trees. We often drive downtown to Ivrea. On weekends we go hiking to the nearby peaks and lakes, you are welcome to join us if you fancy the idea. Prices include the bills/utilities ie. water, electricity, gas, internet, rubbish, council rates, taxes and insurance/legal liability fees. We kindly ask you to keep the place tidy and clean at all times, especially before departing. Weekly professional cleaning is also available at a fee and before you depart, if you need it, just let us know. No smoking or vaping in the bedroom or the house, please. Sorry but no pets are allowed in the house. Minimum stay of 1 month.
