Excellent room in a large and comfortable apartment in the best location in Ipanema, on the corner of Avenida Visconde de Pirajá and Rua Garcia D'Avila. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen available for use with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, drinking water filter and utensils. The bedroom in the listing has a single bed, bed linen, towel, closet, study table, ceiling fan, wi-fi and key in the door. Building with 24-hour doorman and 1 parking space. The Apartment has 3 bedrooms and I live in one of them and rent the other two. Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom is shared with the resident and the guest in the other room.
House Rules
This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, I ask you to do so outside the apartment and extinguish and dispose of the cigarette in a proper. Only guests who are on the original reservation can stay overnight.
