Overview
Located on the 1st floor, 1 Unit of 3 bedroom 24 hour guarded security apartment facing the scenic swimming pools. Walking distances to giant shopping malls like IOI mall and Tesco, Bandar Puchong Jaya City Centre supermarket vicinity, Walking distances to major international banks in Puchong and car rental shops. There is a large swimming pool with a garden and a playground for Sports Activities within the Apartment. Walking distances to bus services heading towards Malaysia City Centre in KL. Travelling by bus to Kuala Lumpur Tourist sites takes about 30 minutes by bus or by rented car is about 20 minutes drive from here not during peak traffic office hours. Puchong is basically a shopping city with shopping malls as large as 4 jumbo jets and strategically located very near Putrajaya The most beautifulo government cities (18 minutes Drive) in the middle of the pathway where you can visit shipping ports near port Klang as well as to visit historical buildings in Kuala Lumpur.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the utility settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
