International Teachers lovely condo
Overview
This is a very nice place and located in a very central section in Orlando..very near the Universal Studios..Valencia College (only 5 min drive) and all the amenities near or just across the street.. I'm an International Teacher, who traveled and taught ESL in the Military and Universities in many countries around the world for over 35 yrs. So, I know how it feels to live in a different country with a different culture. I am offering my 2 fully furnished, clean and nice bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle of the two bedroom (shareing) for a place to stay, either you're on a business trip or just a student who want's to stay in a safe/clean, condo unit close to Language schools, Universities, Restaurants, shopping centers, Theme Parks, supermarkets...All these places are only 5-10 min drive away distance. My 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is on the third floor, and a bus stop is right in front of my apartment..we have 24/7 man guarded gate, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, tanning room, car care center, executive office, cinema room, gym is also available for you while you're staying here.. The rent includes Wi-Fi, and all utilities, usage of kitchen for a light cooking, and separate dining room, breakfast bar, in house laundry usage, during your stay. I'm a friendly, professional, clean and a mature person, who raised a very successful 4 pilots, in the USAF. I love intellectual conversations, and an avid ballroom dancer. I REQUIRE REMAINING FEES UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO MY APARTMENT.....
House Rules
Please be respectful and be kind to the host and the guest during your stay, keep your room clean and tidy, clean after yourself when you use the kitchen ..bathroom etc. e.g in the Kitchen cleaning the counters, washing the dishes and putting them back where they're belong, if there is a mess in the fridge caused by you, or something is spilled on the floor, pls wipe it...if you share the bathroom with the other roommate, you take turns to clean it up.. As an owner it is not my responsibilities to clean your room or bathroom.. in general clean after yourself..you're an adult and should be responsible person of you duities cleaning up after yourself while staying in my apatment..this is the normal courtesy.. No noise after 12:00 AM, NO SMOKING, DRUGS, PARTIES, LAUD PHONE CONVERSATIONS..RESPECT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Pls do not adjust the temp, do not open the windows while A/C is running, do not invite strangers into my condo..you can meet with them around the pool, or in the executive room in the Management bldg..that is with permission for them to come in from the gate.. Only Light usage of the Kitchen Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as if it your own home. (SMOKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN /OUTSIDE)..THE SMELL COMES INTO THE HOUSE WITH THEM, WHICH I'M HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO. DEFINITELY NO SMOKERS. NO PETS, NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS...PREFER ONLY ONE PERSON PER ROOM... Please pay the balance upon arrival....
