International Student Homestay
Overview
Researcher family homestay for overseas students - beautiful condo room and guardianship available My husband and I are both researchers. We would like to provide guardianship and homestay for students and hope to let our home to be their second home. We have 2 rooms, each room can stay 2 students in our condo which is located in Bukit Timah. Guardianship - Lodging (Air-conditioned, and fully furnished with table lamps, wardrobe, writing tables, etc.) - Food (2 meals/day-breakfast & dinner during weekdays except public holiday) - Laundry - Internet surfing (We will encourage them to use it to contact their parents regularly; for school research, school assignments and not for games.) - Optional monthly outing (There are many beautiful places in Singapore, so your child can understand more about our customs/culture.) Condo Facilities: - Swimming pool - Gym - - BBQ Pits (additional booking fee) - Rooftop garden with seating area - Shopping center and nearby King Alber Park and Beauty World MRT 我们是一个热情的基督教家庭，我和我的丈夫都是研究人员。 我们希望为学生提供监护和寄宿服务，让我们的家成为他们的第二个家。 我们的公寓位于武吉知马，有两个双人房间，每个房间可以住两名学生。 监护服务包括： 住宿（带空调，设有桌灯、衣柜、写字桌等设施） 餐食（平日提供2餐，早餐和晚餐，公共假日除外） 洗衣 上网（我们会鼓励他们使用网络与父母保持联系，进行学校研究和完成学校作业，不得用于游戏） 可选的月度外出活动（新加坡有许多美丽的地方，让您的孩子更好地了解我们的风俗和文化） 公寓设施： 游泳池 健身房 烧烤区（额外预订费用） 顶楼花园休息区 附近有购物中心、国王阿尔伯公园和美世界地铁站
