International student homestay
Overview
We have 6 bedrooms detach house ,31/2washroom with leaving, dining, and family room ,finished basement fully furnished , 2 kids age 25and 11y/o ,close to 3bus stop going to the mall and downtown Hamilton..
House Rules
No partying, friends are welcomed but let please me know in advance if you have a visiting friend. Payment method: Please note that we require our guests to pay the first and last month’s payment in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to homestay.com). Cash or E-transfer. Cancellation policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
