Overview
Accommodation with its own entrance, on the ground floor of my house with living room, bathroom and separate toilet, shared kitchen. I provide travelers with a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle in their living room and they also have access to my kitchen with a hob and electric oven. You can enjoy the garden. You are in the countryside while being 12 km from Paris. You have the tram 400 meters away which takes you to the RER B or E, you are 30 minutes from the center of Paris and 20 minutes from Roissy CDG airport. You have all the shops at your disposal, a swimming pool, a cinema, the Sevran forest 1 km away for beautiful walks as well as the Ourcq canal. During the period of the Olympic Games in Paris, from July 21 to August 10, 2024, the rental rate is multiplied by 3.
