Overview
My place is an Independent Studio Apartment, with a seperate access in a residential part of Kalyaninagar, ( off Ahmednagar Rd) Pune,INDIA. Its cosy, compact, comfortable and ideal for couples, individuals or executives coming to Pune for Tourism or Business. It is close to Business Bay and other IT offices of Kharadi and Nagar Rd. Its a gated community with 24x7 security. About 5 kms from Pune Airport and Railway station. My offering on Homestay is a studio apartment above our apartment. Hence I said its entire apartment as its independent with a separate entry. We will be offering breakfast, guidance and assistance as we will be one floor below. We are connected by stairs, elevator and intercom 24x7.
House Rules
No parties or get togethers are allowed, not suitable for children below the age of 15. No usage of drugs/substances banned or prohibited by law. Loud music is prohibited after 10pm. Daily maid service fixed time between 11.00 a.m. and 12 p.m. for sweeping and swabbing. Check in at 12.00p.m. and check out at 11 a.m. relaxation in check out time can be considered only if there is no guest check in immediately. However relaxation can be only upto 4.00 p.m. after which half days charge will be applicable. Minimum booking 2 nights. Smoking is allowed only in the balconey

This is a one room compact studio with an independent entry, attached bath, a mini kitchenette and a large balconey. Its on the 8th floor facing west and a great view of the stud farm and the river.
