I live in Harmony Estate, Palmview, The room is furnished at $330.00 a week (bond $1320.00) which includes: Private bathroom Double bed with large built-in wardrobe. All bills included: electricity, water, internet, Netflix etc. Shared: office, kitchen, living room, laundry and outdoor patio area with BBQ, a plunge pool and fire pit. Short term or long-term stay available Street parking No pets Looking for someone who is: Mature - female student or female professional (non-smoker) Values a tidy, clean and peaceful environment. Enjoys a friendly chat but is also respectful of others privacy and boundaries. Happy to share the odd movie and meal night. Someone easy going and mature who will treat my home with respect.
