Huge loft & own bathroom-top floor
Overview
Welcome to my lovely home! Your large loft room (5.6m x 2.7m) is on the top floor of a beautiful three storey Victorian house on a quiet street. A king size bed with luxury feather duvet and pillows. You have your own bathroom (updated in 2020) so the whole of the top floor is for your sole use. You also have access to the shared kitchen/diner and garden/patio with seating. A spotlessly clean home that was decorated and new carpets fitted in 2019, with a new landscaped garden in 2023. Good for business travellers, couples and solo adventurers. Stays can be paid for on arrival in cash or by bank transfer / PayPal (guest to pay any fees).
House Rules
I have carpets that are quite new, so I ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes on them. Please also avoid food and drinks in the room, thank you. Not suitable for children or infants. No pets / events / non-paying visitors allowed. Must climb stairs (top floor loft room). No parking on property (tiny cul-de-sac) but free parking in the next street. Check-in flexible (pm/eve); check-out 1000.
