I’m a Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Coach and i‘m super busy and is interested in renting for 6 months or a year, i’m renting one bedroom and I live here and I have the other bedroom.i’m not interested in renting less than 6 months. I'm interested in those that want to rent for 6 months or more. I always offer option to extend lease if need be.To move in I'm requiring 1900 per month and 1900 security deposit. The total amount will be 3800.00 to move in and 1900.00 will be regular monthly payment each month for the months you will be residing here.. Please feel free to reach out to discuss further..
