Overview
Fabiana and Miguel live in a house with a large garden in Bariloche, 12 km from the center of Bariloche. One block away there is a bus stop to the city center. The house has a very large guest room for 2 comfortable people with the possibility of adding an extra bed, with a small living room with a television and a work area. The bathroom is complete and exclusive for guests. A continental breakfast is served (coffee, tea, juice, croissants, toast, butter and homemade sweets). It has a kitchen with a dining area next to it. In the kitchen only the use of the microwave is allowed. Their four children do not live with them, they really like to receive people of other nationalities. They have a transfer to the airport with a cost to consult with the host.
House Rules
Enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own. The use of the kitchen is only for heating, we have a microwave. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the garden is very large where you can do it. Method of payment": Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment (via Payoneer) of 25% of the remaining balance of the reservation and the day of arrival the remaining balance. "Cancellation policies": For the cancellation of the reservation, the guest needs to contact us at least "15 days before" the day of arrival for the refund of his money.
