House of Ruth
Overview
I have a very spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome that’s located in a very nice neighborhood. My home is in the center of almost everything and 15 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Very friendly neighbors and a small park within walking distance from my home.
House Rules
1) Check in between the hours of 3 and 7 pm. 2) Check out is at 11 am ( special arrangements can be made for a later time if needed) 3) You have 2 days prior to arrival to cancel your reservation with no penalty 4) Full payment must be made through Homestay prior to arrival 5) Your government ID will be checked upon arrival to ensure that it’s you checking in 6) No loud music 7) No shoes on the upstairs carpet 8) No over night guest 9) Clean up after yourself 10) No smoking inside the home
