House near Philosophy Path in Kyoto
Overview
I have a quiet private room just for you. I don’t have other guests during your stay. Also I live here sometimes because I have two houses at the different place so I come back this home few and sometimes use upstairs as an office. So You can have a lot private time and can use all rooms at the first floor including a kitchen and a bathroom. This house is located near Philosophy path at the east of Kyoto city, and it is near a small river, mountains and temples. So you can enjoy walking along with peaceful, beautiful and cultural walking path everyday. Down stair in the house, there is a guest private bed room, a dining room, kitchen, shower room, rest room and a garden including laundry space. Upstairs, there are host private rooms. Please feel free to use all the rooms at the downstair. You can cook everyday. Shower is available 24hs. The nearest bus stop is 3minutes on foot. There is a supermarket, convenience store and drug store all within a 5minutes walk. Kyoto University is located within 20mins on foot. The downtown area is 30minutes away by bus.
House Rules
My house is fit for the people like more private time but easy to communicate me when you need. I can be back when you need my support. Cleaning yourself but when you need me to clean, feel free to ask me. Please keep quiet between 20pm~7am. No party No smoking in the house and street. There is smoking area in the garden.
