Overview

I am a single LGBT person living in a bushland setting in the Grampians, The room has a single bed and you'll have use of living room, kitchen, laundry and the amazing outdoor space that backs on to the national park. Wake up to Kangaroos, Emus and wild deer in the backyard, the sounds of the birdlife are the only alarm you'll need. You'll be staying in an area that does not have access to NBN or other wifi so it helps if you have Telstra data service as other phone plans do not work here, there's a cafe next door with internet access though. My place is perfect for the solo traveller looking for a stripped back, unplugged back to nature trip away with space to think and wander. There are plenty of walks close by and the bus passes by here as well. Off street parking. No TV but plenty of books! The location is a great base from which to explore the area, I'm 4k from the main part of town. Whole bean coffee is yours to use, just let me know if you need milk. There will be bagels and fruit but let me know if you have specific requirements for food. Please send me a message if you would like to ask me any questions.

House Rules

I'm pretty relaxed, no smoking inside but go for it outside, no shoes inside because of all the kangaroo droppings... I love it when people tidy up after themselves.. I'm a quiet person and I work from home a great deal of the time and don't have parties or anything.
