house in beautiful neighborhood of Barcelona
Overview
My house has the advantage of being in a quiet, very pretty, safe neighborhood (old Sarrià) with excellent transport links (the Sarrià metro station is a 1-minute walk away), and you can reach the center of Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. It's a bright and cozy house. It has 3 double bedrooms, all exterior, a living room, and a kitchen that also faces the outside and enjoys plenty of natural light. The spare bedroom is large, exterior, and bright. It features a large L-shaped desk, a very comfortable single bed with a bed underneath in case any guests come over, a large closet, bookshelves, and a piano. The house has 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The house is fully equipped. My husband, Luis, 45, an architect specializing in sustainable homes, my 12-year-old daughter, Noa, and I, Alda, the director of a cultural center in Barcelona, live here. They also have 2 cats, Simba and Nuka, who are very calm and affectionate. We speak Spanish, English, French, Catalan, and Italian.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in the house. The room must be kept clean. You can invite someone but you can't have parties. You cannot make noise after 9:30 p.m.
