You can smoke in the outside areas of the house. The house has security cameras in the common areas. Garbage must be collected by the guest. The material used in the kitchen must be cleaned and stored. silence is maintained so that everyone has peace of mind. The guest receives a room key and the external padlock, being responsible for keeping it closed, and returning the key at the end of the stay. the guest will be responsible for any damage done to the property.
