House built in the 50s in the best residential location in the City, within walking distance of the Center. Completely remodeled, with a room with independent entrance, air-conditioned and also with a fan, indoor bathroom/hot and cold water, TV, refrigerator and mini bar, NOW ALSO with a Stocked Indoor Kitchen. Modern double bed with the possibility of adding another 3/4 bed (optional at the client's request). The house has a telephone to receive calls if you wish. Handcrafted furniture for dining and working. Sunny terraces with ornamental plants and garage for cars. With Wi-Fi connection. We have an old car if you want any help. We are a small family of 2 elderly people, university graduates and a 16 year old girl who is studying. We are happy and responsible, but above all we like our work and we do it with pleasure, we have been working for tourism for more than 20 years. We like to talk and know that we are useful to them. We also provide advice on tours and tours of the city and its nearby sites linked to nature and beaches, since we are lovers of ecology. We communicate in Spanish and English. We can pick you up at places such as the Airport and Vía Azul Bus Terminal in Holguín (you must request this service with an Email). ****Guests can pay in USD or Euros depending on the country of origin to facilitate payment. House Rules
We request NOT to smoke, not to make excessive noise, we do not allow fights in the house, we advise not to celebrate parties at home and take care of hygiene and decoration.
